Furthermore, As an experienced manufacturer, Sanming has the advanced inspection technology and complete inspection equipment, we can obtain extremely accurate data and submit full-size inspection reports for each order/product to our customers.

Raw Material's Quality Control
High-quality raw materials are the first step to manufacturing qualified products. Therefore, cooperating with the best raw material factories is our first choice. When receiving a batch of new materials, we will first test the chemical composition to check if there are any errors. In addition, we have an independent material warehouse for storing materials of different specifications. For better management, we use different colors to distinguish them.

Standard Manufacturing Process
The forging process is an important part of quality control. Sanming has many advanced forging equipment and production management processes. In addition, the ability of workers will directly affect the quality of products. Therefore, all employees hired by our human resources management are experienced. We also train and evaluate them regularly to make them stronger.

Testing equipments
The most direct quality control is testing equipment. We have completed testing equipment in the factory, such as spectrometer, hardness tester, coordinate measuring machine, etc. All these test data will be recorded in the test report and sent to our customers to check whether they are within the range.

Third party testing
Sometimes, even if we promise to do test in all aspects. The customer still be concerned about the tested authenticity of the product. We understand deeply ,so they can request help from a third party for quality testing and the third party will provide them with an accurate report. The most authoritative test is SGS.
